COD Home Buyers, started as a small real estate investment firm in downtown Baltimore, Maryland and Martinsburg, West Virginia, aiming to help home sellers make the best possible decision about what to do with a piece of real estate that they didn't really need or want, or simply no longer wanted to keep. It soon became obvious that it was in everyone's best interest to help these sellers see beyond the stress, confusion and fear and be there with them, to help them make the best decision possible, to help them achieve whatever end result they wanted. So, for more than 35 years, that's exactly what we've done. Still locally owned and operated, and as always...we're here to help any way we can.

We provide FREE one-on-one, in-depth real estate advice, to evaluate each property and the sellers unique situation. We create a plan to help the home seller find their way through the myriad of choices and difficulties as seamlessly and painlessly as possible.
